Standard costs:

Application fee: $42
Hold fee: $400 (applicable towards first month’s rent)
Security deposit: $900 (refundable)
Pet deposit: $300 per pet (refundable)
Fob deposit: $10 (refundable)
Transmitter deposit: $75 (refundable)

Monthly Options:

Parking: $200 for Compact, $250 for EV or Non-Compact
Pet rent: $50 per pet

Residents are responsible for all utilities
Zephyr is 100% smoke free
Renter’s insurance required
